Pineapple
- The pineapple is very nutritious.
- It is an excellent source of VITAMIN A,which contain almost 7 times the amount found in apple.
- It also contain ample amount of VITAMIN B and VITAMIN C.
- The pineapple is alos a good in mineral source , such as calcium and iron.
- The important function of calcium which is built strong bone and teeth.
- The important function of iron is formation of new blood.
- It also contain fibre, which is prevent constipation.
- ACCORDING to older folks ,it should not be taken by pregnant woman,because it will cause induce abortion.
- HOW TO EAT??? For example,we can take the pineapple add it in ROJAK or cook with curry ,laksa and so on.....besides that, we also can make pineapple juice,when on the HOT day.
